The tipc-discussion mailing list is a moderated forum for communicating information about TIPC.

The mailing list is used for a variety of purposes, including:

• asking questions about TIPC
• reporting suspected bugs in TIPC
• submitting patches to TIPC
• requesting enhancements to TIPC
• communicating TIPC project news
• co-ordinating work done by the TIPC Working Group

Please review the published guidelines for posting to the mailing list before you send anything
to ensure that your posting provides all information people need to see to respond effectively.

List traffic is moderate, typically only a handful of postings per day. The following policies are currently being used to help stem the flood of spam being posted to the mailing list,

• Postings by mailing list subscribers are immediately forwarded to the mailing list.
• Postings by non-subscribers are placed on hold until they have been vetted by a project administrator. In some cases, this may result in a delay of several days before becoming visible on the mailing list, so users are encouraged to become subscribers to ensure their postings are seen in a timely manner.
